Splash Group: A Vision that Evolves

On the 12th of September, 125 Space presented Pulse, a pop-up group exhibition bringing together the work of Anna Kalinitschenko, Laxmi Hussain and Tony Green at the Aphrodite Amathusia Cultural Centre.

United by a shared belief in the transformative power of colour, the three artists explore it as something far beyond the aesthetic — as energy, memory, emotion and a way of experiencing the world around us.

Pictured at the Pulse exhibition are Splash Group founder Ms. Troodia Georgallides and her daughter, Demetra Efstathiou.

For more than two decades, Ms. Troodia has had the courage to imagine what did not yet exist. She took risks, trusted her instincts and created experiences that helped shape the landscape of luxury in Cyprus.

At the heart of her vision has always been a belief in newness — in staying curious, embracing fresh perspectives and trusting the next generation to bring its own ideas and energy forward. Today, she remains deeply present and connected to everything Splash Group stands for, while giving the generation that follows the freedom to explore, create and find its own voice.

For Ms. Troodia, heritage is not simply about preserving what came before. It is about creating a foundation strong enough for others to build upon, evolve and take in new directions.
