SAMOx Introduces Its Winter Menu
Seasonality at SAMOx is approached as a framework rather than a theme. The winter menu is conceived with restraint, focusing on comfort, balance and precision — an edit of dishes and drinks designed to respond to colder months without departing from the restaurant’s core identity.
This season’s offering brings together familiar references and contemporary technique, allowing ingredients, temperature and texture to guide the experience.

The Celeriac Soup opens the season with a silky velouté, delicately infused with lemon, dill and nutmeg, finished with barley rusks — understated, aromatic and quietly reassuring.
A classic Croque Madame follows, reworked with restraint: buttery brioche layered with smoked turkey, mozzarella and béchamel, crowned with Gruyère and a softly poached egg. A familiar dish, executed with precision.
SAMOx’ Deconstructed Spinach ‘Pie’ offers a contemporary interpretation of tradition. Spinach, herbs and feta are paired with crisp filo and a subtle olive essence — a dish that honours memory while refining form.
The menu concludes with Pumpkin Pie, baked with winter spices, topped with smooth buttercream and finished with grated dark chocolate — a measured expression of sweetness rather than indulgence.

A Ginger Chocolate, made with vegan chocolate and spiced gently with ginger, cinnamon and cloves, offers depth without heaviness. The Spiced Matcha Latte blends matcha with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom and coconut milk — aromatic, layered and quietly energising. A classic Chai Latte, prepared with black tea, aromatic spices, honey and oat milk, anchors the selection.
For evenings, Mulled Wine is prepared with red wine, orange, apple, cinnamon, cloves and star anise, while Eggnog — made with vodka, eggs, cream, nutmeg and vanilla — provides a seasonal counterpoint rooted in tradition.
